{"id":910,"date":"2014-08-29T15:47:21","date_gmt":"2014-08-29T20:47:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ben.asso.ulaval.ca\/wp\/?p=910"},"modified":"2021-07-15T12:56:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-15T17:56:41","slug":"muffins-explosifs-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ben.asso.ulaval.ca\/wp\/2014\/08\/29\/muffins-explosifs-au-chocolat\/","title":{"rendered":"Muffins explosifs au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rendement<\/strong>: 12 muffins<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 bananes mures \u00e9cras\u00e9es<br \/>\n300 ml de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<br \/>\n60 ml de sucre<br \/>\n60 ml de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable<br \/>\n50 ml de cacao<br \/>\n10 ml \u00a0de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<br \/>\n2 ml de soda \u00e0 p\u00e2te<br \/>\n1 ml de sel<br \/>\n1 oeuf<br \/>\n50 ml d&rsquo;huile de canola ou de margarine non-hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9e<br \/>\n50 ml de p\u00e9pites de chocolat<br \/>\n250 ml de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales All-Bran<br \/>\n250 ml de lait<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, faire ramollir les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans le lait environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les bananes, le sucre, le sirop, l\u2019\u0153uf, l\u2019huile et les All-Bran.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un autre bol m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange sec \u00e0 celui humide, bien brasser le tout et ajouter les p\u00e9pites de chocolat.
