{"id":802,"date":"2015-08-25T22:01:45","date_gmt":"2015-08-25T22:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ben.asso.ulaval.ca\/wp\/?p=802"},"modified":"2016-08-29T15:23:33","modified_gmt":"2016-08-29T15:23:33","slug":"802","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ben.asso.ulaval.ca\/wp\/2015\/08\/25\/802\/","title":{"rendered":"Muffins \u00e0 la mangue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Rendement: 20 muffins de 46 g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dient:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>310 ml de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<br \/>\n220 ml de farine blanche tout usage<br \/>\n340 ml de flocons d&rsquo;avoine \u00e0 cuisson rapide<br \/>\n4 ml de bicarbonate de soude<br \/>\n6 ml de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<br \/>\n2 oeufs calibre gros<br \/>\n190 ml de sucre blanc granul\u00e9<br \/>\n8 ml de zeste d&rsquo;orange<br \/>\n80 ml d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<br \/>\n50 ml de jus d&rsquo;orange frais<br \/>\n105 ml de pur\u00e9e\u00a0de mangues surgel\u00e9es (r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e avec un pilon \u00e0 pommes de terre lorsque les cubes sont d\u00e9gel\u00e9s)<br \/>\n315 ml de mangues en cubes surgel\u00e9es, coup\u00e9s en petits cubes<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Placer la grille au centre du four et pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter des caissettes dans\u00a020 cavit\u00e9s de deux moules \u00e0 muffin r\u00e9guliers.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand bol,\u00a0m\u00e9langer la farine de bl\u00e9 entier, la farine blanche, les flocons d\u2019avoine, le bicarbonate de soude et la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te.\u00a0R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un autre grand bol, m\u00e9langer, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une mixette\u00a0\u00e9lectrique, les \u0153ufs et le sucre pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le zeste d\u2019orange, l\u2019huile,\u00a0le jus d\u2019orange et la pur\u00e9e de mangues.\u00a0M\u00e9langer le tout jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients secs aux ingr\u00e9dients humides \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re de bois et m\u00e9langer uniquement pour humecter les ingr\u00e9dients secs.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les morceaux de mangues et\u00a0m\u00e9langer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019aide de la cuill\u00e8re de bois\u00a0pour bien les incorporer\u00a0en prenant soin de racler les bords.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re portionneuse #16 (d&rsquo;une contenance de 60 ml), diviser la d\u00e9trempe\u00a0dans chaque moule.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au four pour une dur\u00e9e de 20 \u00e0 25 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une tige\u00a0enfonc\u00e9e dans un muffin en ressorte propre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Commentaires\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les muffins peuvent \u00eatre congel\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPour maximiser la conservation, s\u2019assurer de les garder dans un emballage \u00e9tanche tels\u00a0qu\u2019une\u00a0pellicule plastique recouverte d\u2019un papier d\u2019aluminium.<br \/>\n<i>Recette par\u00a0<\/i><em>Audrey Desrosiers et<\/em><i>\u00a0<\/i><em>Anne-Sophie Marchand<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rendement: 20 muffins de 46 g &nbsp;
