Cuire environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le vinaigre balsamique et cuire encore 5 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les champignons deviennent plus fonc\u00e9s. Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un robot culinaire, r\u00e9duire en morceaux grossiers les noix de Grenoble et les amandes en activant la fonction pulse quelques fois.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de champignons et le reste des ingr\u00e9dients dans le robot culinaire et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 quelques reprises jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture aux morceaux grossiers, toujours avec la fonction pulse.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer dans un bol de service et couvrir. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 2 \u00e0 3 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Avant de servir, laisser le p\u00e2t\u00e9 environ 15 minutes \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la pi\u00e8ce. Agr\u00e9menter de feuilles d&rsquo;herbes fra\u0131\u0302ches et de canneberges fra\u0131\u0302ches ou de tomates\u00a0cerises. Servir avec du pain ou des craquelins au choix.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Commentaires:<\/strong><br \/>\nSe conserve 3 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
