Beurrer un moule de type Pyrex.<\/p>\n<p>2. Passer le tofu, le lait et l\u2019ail au m\u00e9langeur ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pied m\u00e9langeur et assaisonner.<\/p>\n<p>3. Couper en tranches fines les pommes de terre et la courge.<\/p>\n<p>4. D\u00e9poser ces tranches en couches successives en les arrosant du m\u00e9lange de tofu et en ajoutant un peu de fromage entre chaque rang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00c9tendre le reste du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur le dessus, couvrir avec du papier d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>6. Cuire au four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (400\u00b0F) environ 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>7.
